The holiday park’s unique atmosphere is defined by Lake Scharmützel and the dense forests of the Mark. Far removed from the stress and hustle and bustle, our houses and apartments invite you to leave everyday life behind. The well-maintained, light-filled, cosy holiday homes are built in the Scandinavian timber-frame style and are situated either directly on the lake or just a few minutes’ walk away. Other houses with romantic waterside terraces are grouped around a picturesque marina.

The modern and versatile facilities in the houses ensure that nothing is left to be desired, even on holiday. Each house stands on its own plot, ensuring plenty of privacy. Whether as a couple, with family or with friends, with houses and apartments of varying sizes accommodating 2 to 8 people, everyone will quickly find their ideal holiday home.

Plots of varying sizes are perfect for barbecues – and if the weather isn’t on your side, the wood-burning stove, sauna or hot tub provide a cosy atmosphere. Or you can round off the day with a glass of wine on the waterside terrace of one of the houses by the harbour.
