Each apartment building comprises four separate apartments. Our ‘Kapitän’ is situated on the upper floor across two levels. It is accessed via a private external staircase. With 110 m² of living space, including 4 bedrooms, a hot tub and a sauna, it comfortably accommodates 8 people. Two balconies offer lovely views of the harbour at the front or Scharmützelsee at the rear. A large garden is perfect for playing or barbecuing.
