The Wellness-Apartment “Kapitän” (duplex upper floor) is located between the port and Scharmützelsee, not directly by the water but with a view of the lake and a view of the port on the other side of the house. Entry to the house is by an outside staircase. There is a secondary holiday flat at the ground level of this type of house.
The house offers 110 m² of living space on two levels for up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and an open sleeping gallery with sitting area, one bathroom with shower, well equipped kitchen with all major appliances, cable TV, telephone and plenty of closet-storage space. There is a large balcony facing the lake and an additional smaller balcony with a view of the port.
The beautiful and spacious garden offers much room for outdoor activities; Playroom for the kids and for the adults a lot of space for a barbecue. |

The Wellness-Apartment “Störtebecker”
This type of apartment is, with its ditto 110 m² is very similar to the type of apartment “Kapitän”. Instead of the whirlpool there is a generous 6-person sauna and a washing machine. The two bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with king-size (1,40m) single beds instead of doubles. Therefore, the type of apartment “Störtebecker” is the right choice for guests looking for individual and self-contained bedrooms.

The Wellness-Apartment “Skipper”
The type of apartment “Skipper” (duplex ground floor) is located inside the “Kapitän”s house and offers 70 m² of living space for up to 4 guests. This type of apartment offers:
Sauna, whirlpool, iron wood burning stove, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, well equipped kitchen with all major appliances, cable TV, telephone and plenty of closet-storage space. The garden, which is shared with other guests (see description type of house “Kapitän”), is entered from the terrace.
